Onder bepaalde voorwaarden kunt u echter genieten van het <strong>verlaagde tarief van 3 %</strong> voor de aankoop van uw eigen en enige woning.</p>\n\n<h3>Wanneer komt u in aanmerking voor het tarief van 3 %?</h3>\n\n<p>U moet aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoen:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>De aangekochte woning moet uw eigen en enige woning worden. U mag geen andere woning volledig in volle eigendom bezitten, tenzij u zich ertoe verbindt deze binnen de wettelijke termijn te verkopen.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>U moet uw hoofdverblijfplaats vestigen in de aangekochte woning binnen <strong>3 jaar</strong> na het verlijden van de authentieke akte.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>U moet er gedurende <strong>minstens 3 jaar</strong> uw hoofdverblijfplaats behouden.</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>Belangrijk om te weten</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Het kadastraal inkomen speelt geen rol meer bij de toepassing van het verlaagde tarief.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Er geldt geen maximum aankoopprijs om van het tarief van 3 % te genieten.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Bent u al eigenaar van een andere woning, dan kunt u toch van het verlaagde tarief genieten indien u zich ertoe verbindt die woning binnen de wettelijke termijn te verkopen.</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Twijfelt u of u aan de voorwaarden voldoet? Vous ne pouvez pas &ecirc;tre pleinement propri&eacute;taire d&#39;un autre logement, sauf si vous vous engagez &agrave; le vendre dans les d&eacute;lais pr&eacute;vus par la r&eacute;glementation.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Vous devez &eacute;tablir votre r&eacute;sidence principale dans le bien dans les <strong>3 ans</strong> suivant la signature de l&#39;acte authentique.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Vous devez y maintenir votre r&eacute;sidence principale pendant <strong>au moins 3 ans</strong>.</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>&Agrave; retenir</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Le revenu cadastral n&#39;a plus d&#39;incidence sur l&#39;application du taux r&eacute;duit.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Il n&#39;existe plus de plafond de prix pour b&eacute;n&eacute;ficier du taux de 3 %.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Si vous poss&eacute;dez d&eacute;j&agrave; un autre logement, vous pouvez tout de m&ecirc;me b&eacute;n&eacute;ficier du taux r&eacute;duit &agrave; condition de le revendre dans le d&eacute;lai l&eacute;gal pr&eacute;vu.</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Vous avez un projet d&#39;achat et souhaitez v&eacute;rifier si vous remplissez les conditions ?
