ondertekening van de notari&euml;le akte. De hoogte ervan wordt vrij overeengekomen tussen koper en verkoper.</p>\n\n<h3>Aantal hoofden</h3>\n\n<p>Een lijfrente kan worden gevestigd op &eacute;&eacute;n of twee personen. Wanneer ze op twee personen wordt gevestigd, loopt de betaling in principe door tot het overlijden van de langstlevende, tenzij anders overeengekomen.</p>\n\n<h3>Lijfrente</h3>\n\n<p>Periodieke betaling die de koper aan de verkoper doet. Meestal gebeurt dit maandelijks en gedurende het leven van de verkoper of gedurende een vooraf bepaalde maximale periode.</p>\n\n<h3>Ge&iuml;ndexeerde lijfrente</h3>\n\n<p>De lijfrente kan worden aangepast volgens de indexeringsregeling die in de overeenkomst is opgenomen.</p>\n\n<h3>Overlevingsrente</h3>\n\n<p>Wanneer de lijfrente op twee personen is gevestigd, kan de volledige rente na het overlijden van &eacute;&eacute;n van hen verder worden uitbetaald aan de langstlevende.</p>\n\n<h3>Verkoop van de blote eigendom</h3>\n\n<p>De verkoper behoudt doorgaans het vruchtgebruik of een recht van bewoning, terwijl de koper de blote eigendom verwerft.</p>\n\n<h3>Verkoop in volle eigendom</h3>\n\n<p>De koper verkrijgt onmiddellijk het volle eigendomsrecht en kan het vastgoed gebruiken volgens de afspraken in de akte.</p>\n\n<h3>Lijfrentenier</h3>\n\n<p>Persoon die zijn vastgoed op lijfrente verkoopt en de lijfrente ontvangt.</p>\n\n<h3>Renteplichtige</h3>\n\n<p>Persoon die een vastgoed op lijfrente aankoopt en de lijfrente betaalt.</p>\n\n<h3>Leeftijd van de verkoper</h3>\n\n<p>De hoogte van de lijfrente wordt onder meer bepaald door de leeftijd van de verkoper(s), de statistische levensverwachting, de waarde van het vastgoed, het bedrag van het bouquet en de gemaakte afspraken.</p>\n","fr":"<h3>Bouquet</h3>\n\n<p>Somme vers&eacute;e par l&#39;acqu&eacute;reur lors de la signature de l&#39;acte authentique.
